I ripped off some of the radest illustration for xmas gifts this year....these are my favorite of the 20 odd that i did for family and folk... Obviously the original drawings are by John Tenniel, who created wonderful images for Lewis Carroll's 'Alice In Wonderland'..... Lets get high sometime Alice!

So that bledy Damp Patch Zombie Kolakovic has left town for good! And left me with a knee that doesn't knock knees on frontrocks anymore! We had a good skate on that last weekend though with a bit of stockwell rain soaked rolling in the morning and then off to London Bridge to check out the new concrete there. And eye like it! Alot!" Its awquard and different, got a rad steep quaterpipe where the roll out goes straight into a wall, brick (((noise))) wallrides (jamie did the 45degree corner one!!!radical")French boardslides round corners, and brother Adam stitched himself back into his trousers. Zombie finally pulled his socks after hiding out for months on end to complete his graphic novel.."which looks fucking awsome"....he is a clever and talented living dead dude and he is surely gonna be missed from round these parts. Until i forget about him that is. So after the kids swarmed in under the bridge we headed over to cantelowes for a roll and Adrian took this photo just the second before eye came un-done riding away from the cradle............crasssh...Eye still haven't been wood pushing since.
But all is good. I have lots to do at the moment. I am going to exhibit some artwork in my mates skateshop on the 20th of july.....and it was just perfect when I got home from jerk last monday to find my room an inch deep in water, my desk wet and drawings turned to paper mache. "Bledy brilliant" ......Freak localized hale storm gone and fucked up my little corner of existence"...but eye am not gonna moan about some crappy drawings eye lost when somwhere else flash flooding is killing people..
By the way everyone this freak weather has nothing to do with global warming, all this is perfectly natural, but that doesn't mean we're off the hook for being a wasteful bunch of fucktards"

Here's some new artjerk! It was time to get off my ass and replace what was lost in the water. Stu said a very positive thing to me the other day when i was grumping over my lost drawings! He said to me "hey, this is a chance to do lots of new work, and out of it you will move on from what you've done before and come up with great new styles"!...It went somthing like that! "Eye was stoned, but he is right! I was stuck in the negative about what had happened, and he turned the disaster into the most positive thing that could have happened. Thanks dude. So here's two drawings eye did since those wise words.. Ohh by the way ...copyright is owned by me! johners"....so ask if you would like to use these images, or if there's anything specific you would like done for you, you rat bastards! just ask".

I found these in a sketchbook while clearing all the dark chocolate wrappers and x-rated dancehall albums out of my draw at jerk! It was scribbled in only last year which feels like alot longer ago now looking through it....
Some drawings are from the medical museum we went to on a little school trip with Zombie, and one is a drunk self portrait blind drawing as eye stared at my reflection in a picadilly line train window. Theres a blind drawing of Candy and Martyn too, Syd Barrett, a demon and the black bird! "The black bird! he's always in my dreams, somewhere".

Swampy Swansea" rained the whole time! which is no surprise considering this is summer an all!!!..... if i had stayed at home eye would have definately been submerged and on the couch floating ontop the water which was pumping out of the drainholes and up through the floors indoors on friday............so at least in swansea the rain rolls down the hill and back into the sea again sea again.

Anywho Ric and EXIST put on a good'ol friday night warm up bash in his shop down in the Swamp on friday.. the place was ram packed, the pictures were hung slanted and with not much thought, care, or attention(Ric noticed some spelling mistakes after they were up)!!! and later we got boozy on Lambrusco, watched as some welsh boys spit words of wackidy hip snot into their hair brush microphones and afterwards we went to somwhere else for a moustache party and eye spent all the dog food money on rum and went home to the wife empty handed for a beating..."it was a good one and all".
